Front Office/Receptionist – Anchorage, AK

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

– create strong partnerships with executive, operational, and business development staff
– manage and control confidential information
– communicate appropriately with executive staff to ensure accurate response is delivered to shareholder and customers
– establish, document, and maintain operational processes
– ability to manage subcontractors and consultants
– maintain Shareholder Management System
– have superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize shifting demands and meet deadlines
– coordinate meetings and maintain the calendar
– process correspondence, and keep records

You have:
– You have 3-5 years of experience in an office management and/or executive assistant role, with some HR experience preferred
– Must have clear speaking voice, be neat in appearance, and have the ability to deal with public and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner
– Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
– Must be proficient using Windows, MS Word, and Excel with typing speed of 50 words per minute, 10-key by touch and ability to operate various office equipment
– Must be dependable and prompt with excellent attendance history
– Must be able to lift 50 pounds

 2 years college minimum, College degree preferred
 Military Service or years of experience may be substituted for degree
