Nancy Grigsby has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience with emphasis in Government Contracting for the past 13 years. In addition to extensive Government Contracting work, she has corporate finance experience in a variety of industries including: construction, real estate, manufacturing, foodservice, consulting and bio-technology. Nancy’s core business strengths include: Financial Reporting, Corporate Planning and Budgeting, Revenue Recognition, Financial Systems Implementations and Improvements, Processes and Procedures, as well as Training & Leadership. Additionally, she is well versed in the compliance requirements of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Nancy is a native of North Carolina. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina and is working on an MBA in Accounting and Financial Management.
