With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Sabrina has built a reputation as a transformational executive dedicated to strengthening organizations, developing people, and driving sustainable growth. Born and raised in Anchorage, she has led Alaska Native corporations and major organizations through significant periods of change, modernization, and strategic expansion.
Sabrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Technologies Leadership from the University of Alaska Anchorage and completed her Master’s in Human Resources Management at the University of Scranton. Known for her strategic vision and people-centered leadership, she excels in building high-performing teams, leading operational turnarounds, elevating organizational culture, and aligning people, processes, and strategy to long-term business objectives.
She also holds professional certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®)—credentials that support her broader executive leadership capabilities.
Sabrina remains active in statewide professional organizations, including the Anchorage Chapter of SHRM. Outside of her executive responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.
