With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Sabrina brings a wealth of knowledge to her work for AKI. Born and raised in Anchorage, much of her career has been spent working as the Director of Human Resources for healthcare systems and native corporations throughout Alaska.

Sabrina received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Technologies Leadership at the University of Alaska, Anchorage and is currently working on her master’s in human resources management. Sabrina is highly skilled in a variety of areas, including leadership, employee relations, recruitment and retention, benefit management, compensation, learning and development, and workers compensation. She has earned designations as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR®) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®).

Today, Sabrina is an active member of the Anchorage chapter of SHRM, along with other HR organizations. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.
