A graduate of Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her extensive experience spans various Human Resources functions, including employee engagement and leadership, employee relations, recruitment and retention, benefits administration, compliance and regulation, employment law, compensation, employee development, talent management, and strategic human resources planning.

Known for her commitment to building strong organizational cultures and driving effective people strategies, Rebecca is passionate about supporting both individual growth and company success.

She resides in Charleston, SC, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, traveling, and boating with her dogs and family.
