Stephanie Banach was born and raised in Alaska and has lived in both rural and urban communities across the state. With family roots in Holy Cross, Alaska, she is proud to be Alaska Native and carries a deep appreciation for the cultural values and traditions that shape Alaska Native communities.

She brings 13 years of experience working for Alaska Native corporations in professional settings. Her work has focused on corporate operations, shareholder and employee relations, policy implementation, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has supported initiatives that strengthen communication, improve processes, and enhance connections between corporations and the communities they serve.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys camping and fishing with her family and values time outdoors as a way to stay connected to her roots and the land.
