Kevin Balisky, General Manager of Jadin Tech, joined Akhiok-Kaguyak following a 30-year career with the Department of Defense. Kevin’s experiences include leading the Security Assistance Office at U.S. Africa Command, two assignments at U.S. Embassies in Africa as the senior military officer and serving as the senior military advisor to the Assistant Secretary of State for Africa. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
